Intern Architect student

Fernandez Architecture is seeking a part-time entry-level architect to assist us in providing architecture projects both residential and commercial services.

The applicant will work directly with the licensed architect preparing from the beginning to final competition of current projects. 
Joaquin Fernandez. Architect licensed of the firm, was architect and interior design professor in the ETSAV university of Barcelona (Spain). The student's work will performance it work under corrections and evaluation of the work done to increase the hability of architecture work.
The student's tasks will be the following:
  • UtoCad sketch from the main idea with the original survey done on site.
  • Describe the existing conditions to proceed with he project
  • Will learn how to prepare based plans, proposals and options of design
  • Prepare the documentation needed to proceed with the final project
  • Renderings of interior, exterior and how to prepare 3d visualisation of the project

Architectural students working towards a professional degree or recent graduates are invited to apply.

The preferred hourly/week will be part time being flexible during class time in order to accommodate the student timetable. We work in a flexible hourly time, so responsibility is the important thing.

Fernandez Architecture is promoting its own training in order to prepare people for the company being part of us in the future.

The position requires the ability to write technical reports clearly and concisely, prepare final presentation and set of plans. Candidates will be required to demonstrate these skills.
